Everything you need to know before your first lesson.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Policies
- 1Lessons run weekly during VIC school terms. Reach out if you'd like lessons outside of term.
- 2If you can't attend, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- 3Make-up lessons are offered when notice is given in time. If unavailable, a credit is issued for the next term.
- 4Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full rate.
- 5Illness cancellations are handled with kindness and at my discretion. Just let me know.
Payment Details
- 1Term students pay upfront for the full term via bank transfer or PayID.
- 2Invoices are sent at the start of each term. Your lesson time is secured once payment is received.
What to Have Prepared
- 1Please bring a water bottle and a folder.
- 2All warm-ups and sheet music are provided. Just bring a positive attitude!
